polycule apologist writes dissertation on why STD jokes are basically homophobic

Could I ask for clarification on 10 not being incendiary and worthy of removal? Every single other one I can sorta get (okay, 9 not being considered incendiary is a bit weird to me when "cheating with extra steps" implies a moral failure, and everyone hates cheaters), but how is 10 just a bad take? While yes, poly people are at a higher risk for stds (as are queer people in general.) I think the implication they are automatically diseased because they're poly to be rather offensive, no? If we consider like many in the community do that polyromance is an innate trait of our sexuality the idea that just because you're poly you probably have stds feels gross. I do not want to make a false comparison but this to me kinda reads like the implication all bi people are promiscuous or that all gay men shouldn't be able to donate blood. I'm not trying to "get you" much less make any claims about the moderation team. And I know we all hate the let's switch the genders games assholes love to do on the subreddit. But I am genuinely confused how. "You're poly that means you probably have stds" is not actively offensive. It's not that they wouldn't date the person (no one has a right to force anyone to be in a relationship). It's not the question on whether they reveal this upfront (ethical polygamy does imply you're open about it. if someone doesn't state it before a first date they're an ass. But I think that while factually the STD risk is there, there is an moral judgement here that rises to being shitty. I don't know. I'm sorry to harp on it. I know it probably feels exhausting to keep clarifying the same point. I'm not trying to shift the goalposts, this one genuinely confused me.
