Iran's internet goes down, comes back up, actually still down (feat. Starlink)

Signs earlier today that Iran was preparing to soften or lift its ongoing nationwide internet blackout appear to have been a farce, with cell and internet services still unavailable for almost the entire country, there are even reports now that large portions of the country have been cut off from access to Starlink.
