White House posts fake Maduro perp walk, adds 'Happy New Year' for theatrical flair

The White House Rapid Response account shared a video on X that appeared to show Maduro. It included the caption: "Perp walked." He appears to be walking down a hallway on a carpet that states, "DEA NYD," and is escorted by three men in Drug Enforcement Administration jackets. At the end of the video, Maduro can be heard saying, "Good night. Happy New Year."
