Seriously. You don't need to be fixed - you're not broken. We all live in this weird cyborg world where perfection is 'normal', but it's really not.
If you're always beating yourself up about the things you 'should' be doing, just make a conscious decision to NOT do them on purpose. For example,
I quit the job this month - YAY for guilt-free January! 🎉
