guy knows nothing about rivers but has great personality, somehow this is a feature

President Trump on Steve Witkoff: Steve's a great dealmaker, but I noticed one thing about him. He had the greatest personality. He was a real estate guy in New York. He knew less about rivers and meets and bounds in Russia and the various places he's working on. He knew nothing about it. But I said, Steve has the best personality. I have other guys that are great dealmakers, but you have to go into World War III before the deal. We didn't want that.
