Ok so you're saying theres a revenue sharing system and servers get a smaller portion than everyone else. You obviously know more than me but I don't know if all or the majority of restaurants function like that. But in that scenario it's a good point. Again under the assumption that we're in a dumb system, there would be logic behind tips being based on a percentage there.
