I also noticed that our team lead mentors the male engineers a lot more and gives them detailed feedback on their code in GitHub. My code is often ignored or he takes forever to give me any feedback. I feel ignored and undervalued and undermined. And the crazy thing is that my fellow team members are very nice to me but they never think to include me either. I don't feel sexualized at all but is this type of exclusion also harassment? Are they excluding me because I'm a woman? What should I do?
