centenarian accidentally correct about surveillance, family considers it dementia

I got talking to a grandma at the toddler class today who said her 100 year old mother was showing signs of dementia because "she's talking about Trump using AI to spy on us" and I was like.....idk if this is good news or bad news, but she doesn't have dementia
