"We get caught up in traffic, frustrated by the person in front of us at the checkout, or on the end of the phone at the call centre. "There's people we know who let us down. Anger at our social media feeds or the people in charge of decisions in this world right now. There seems a sense of real, harmful and dangerous anger just bubbling beneath the surface.
