Have a rock-solid personal practice —> Know exactly how to work with your own nervous system, emotions, trauma responses, and “I can’t meditate” days. Know how to design & lead meditations —> For anxiety, stress relief, sleep, focus, spiritual connection, and emotional regulation — in groups and 1:1. Feel confident in your voice and presence —> Practice teaching again and again in a safe space with feedback, so you’re not “winging it” with real students later. Have a starting roadmap for your meditation business —> How to structure offerings, run classes / workshops / retreats, and integrate this into the work you already do.
